Reference Number 0000372646 The City of Aurora is requesting proposals from experienced firms to provide Construction Management / Construction Inspection (CMCI) and Materials Testing Services for the Northwest Aurora Intersection Pedestrian Safety Enhancement. The scope of services includes, but is not limited to, providing the following services and documentation for the construction of the NW Aurora Intersection Pedestrian Safety Enhancements, or the "Project": project management, contract administration (including Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) compliance interviews and documentation), construction management, stakeholder coordination, project schedule reviews, permit processing, clearances, Request for Information (RFI) coordination and response, and other construction submittal reviews and processing, inspection services, materials testing, constructability review, and technical assistance.
