HVAC and Refrigeration System Repair Services for Santa Clara Valley Healthcare The Work will consist of HVAC AND REFRIGERATION SYSTEM REPAIR SERVICES but not limited to all work necessary to keep an existing refrigeration, heating, or air conditioning system operational, including charging, testing, and changing motors, all types of controls (Pneumatics and Automated), electronic control circuits, energy management, compressors to the connecting of County equipment. Question Deadline 01/16/2025 at 3:00 PM PT Any interpretation or correction of the Bid Documents will be made only by written addendum distributed solely via BidSync.com. Each bid must be accompanied by cash, a certified or cashier's check, or a bond in the sum of not less than 10% of the total aggregate of the bid price, including all additive bid items. The check or bond must be made payable to "The County of Santa Clara." The Contractor must possess a C-20 HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING and C-38 REFRIGERATION CONTRACTOR license issued by the Contractor's State License Board at the time the bid is submitted, per Business and Professions Code section 7028.15. Estimated Amount: $220,000.00 Contract duration: 3 years NO PRE-BID CONFERENCE SCHEDULED No Pre-Bid Conference and/or Site Visit has been scheduled for this solicitation.
