Site work and renovation of a multi-residential development in Saginaw, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.
Scope of work includes: cleaning, metal lintel repair, brick mortar repair, cracked concrete repair, sealant joint replacement and installation of new A/C sleeves. Project details and bidding documents will be available Tuesday, January 14, 2025 on the Bidding section of the Spicer Group website at www.spicergroup.com. David Marr, (david.marr@spicergroup.com), AIA is the project manager. All work shall be performed under current code requirements. The Prime General Contractor shall provide all labor and material for the exterior weatherization and repairs of Davenport Manor High Rise apartment building owned and operated by the Saginaw Housing Commission. The work consists of metal lintel repair, brick mortar repair, cracked concrete repair, and sealant joint replacement. All work shall be performed in conformance with current code requirements. It will be the responsibility of the Contractor to verify quantities to bidding on this project. Question Deadline 02/05/2025 at 5:00 PM ET Any prospective bidder desiring an explanation or interpretation of the solicitation, specifications, drawings, etc., must request it at least 7 days before the scheduled time for bid opening. Requests may be oral or written. Oral requests must be confirmed in writing. The only oral clarifications that will be provided will be those clearly related to solicitation procedures
