The geographical area will include highways in the Ottawa West portion of the region, in particular: All of Highways 17, 60, 132 and 148 within Eastern Region Highway 41, from Denbigh (Hwy 28) northerly to Pembroke Highway 417, from Arnprior easterly to Hwy 7 MTO reserves the right to reject any and all Quotation Submissions, whether or not completed properly and whether or not it contains all required information. Without prejudice, the ministry may request Clarification where any Proponent's intent is unclear and may waive or request amendment where, in the opinion of MTO if there is an irregularity or omission in the information that has been submitted in a required document.
