A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Bowes Creek Golf Club Entrance Sign - The Bowes Creek Golf Course and Country Club, under the ownership of the City of Elgin, is currently accepting bids for the purchase and installation of an illuminated entry way sign. Installation will include removing the existing and replacing with the new sign. Any substitutions shall meet or exceed the specified equipment in quality, warranty and functionality, and shall be accompanied by manufacturer's product cut sheets. A bid bond is a guarantee that the lowest bidder will enter into a contract with the City of Elgin.
