Reference Number 0000373207 The City of Englewood ("the City" or "City") is soliciting Statements of Qualification (SOQ) from qualified firms ("Proposer") interested in Job-Order Contract Services (JOCs) for General Concrete Repair and Coatings. The purpose is to select one qualified contractor for miscellaneous concrete repair/rehabilitation and coating projects. SPR seeks a qualified contractor to provide on-call services to support ongoing infrastructure improvements to the SPR water resource recovery facility. Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to accomplish the scope of work. Services shall include, but are not limited to the following: Inspection and recommendations for concrete repair Recommendations for coatings based on process area Surface preparation of concrete, process equipment, and exposed surfaces Concrete installation, repair and coating application in open and confined spaces Industrial coating for equipment such as pumps, pipes, and tanks Services shall be provided by the selected contractor on an as-needed, non-exclusive basis. No minimum dollar amount or number of tasks are guaranteed by the City.
