Project: 2022-048 The work to be performed shall consist of providing all materials, labor, and equipment necessary: 1. Selective demolition of existing building. 2. Construction of new addition for childcare and alteration to existing building. 3. Associated site work and exterior improvements 4. Work includes CSI divisions, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, 22, 23, 26, 27, 28 31 32, & 33 The engineer's construction cost opinion for this project is: $2,670,000. Condon Early Learning Center may reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause any or all bids upon a finding of Condon Early Learning Center it is in the public interest to do so. Condon Early Learning Center also reserves the right to waive any informality in connection with said bid or to postpone the award of the Contract for ninety days. Attention is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the contract. No bid will be received or considered by Condon Early Learning Center unless the Bidder is registered with the Construction Contractors Board or licensed by the State Landscape Contractors Board as required by ORS 671.530. No bid may be withdrawn after the time set for the bid opening nor before the award of the Contract, unless award is delayed for a period exceeding sixty days or as per the instructions to bidders.
