The Town of Stratford (Town) is seeking competitive bids from qualified contractors with proven industry experience, to provide labor, materials, tools, equipment and all else necessary, to perform installation of new ADA compliant ramp/stair access located at the northeast entrance to Stratford Town Hall, 2725 Main Street. Remove existing masonry exterior stair. Excavate and install new masonry stair and ramp. Install electric door operators at two entrance doors. It is the responsibility of each bidder to retrieve addenda from the website.
