Kitchen Equipment Maintenance Project Location: Multiple County facilities: include, but are not limited to: Community Reintegration Center (CRC) Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office (MCSO) Youth Detention Center (YDC) Contract Description: These facilities are all mission-critical detention centers with 24/7/365 operations. Proper servicing of food service equipment is critical to their operations. Some locations have a vendor operating in the kitchen, such as, Trinity, that performs routine maintenance. The scope of services encompasses the maintenance, repair, and ongoing support for existing kitchen equipment and any equipment that may be acquired during the contract period. Additionally, the selected contractor will be considered qualified for additional, similarly scoped projects, that may arise over the next five years from the date of selection notification. Milwaukee County and the contractor will negotiate the scope each additional project on a case-by case basis. While submitting a proposal and being selected does not obligate the contractor to perform work beyond the locations listed in this RFP, it qualifies them for participation on future, similarly scoped projects.
