The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to define the City's minimum requirements, solicit Proposals, and gain adequate information by which the City may evaluate the services offered by Proposers. Teams will be invited to submit proposals for the development opportunity. The RFP will be an open, competitive procurement through the City of Germantown, which is encouraging all qualified respondents to participate. The City of Germantown, Tennessee, located approximately fifteen miles east of Memphis, Tennessee, intends to secure a Contract with a Development Partner to build a state-of-the-art West TN Premier Sports PE and Recreation Complex ("Premier Sports and Recreation Complex") on Crestwyn Hills Drive, east of Forest Hill Irene Rd. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
