Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a transportation facility in S Zanesville, Ohio. Conceptual plans call for site work for a transportation facility; for outdoor lighting for a transportation facility; and for paving for a transportation facility.

The Zanesville Municipal Airport requests a Statement of Qualifications and other supporting information from qualified professional consulting firms or individuals to provide the following items of work: 1) Rehabilitate Runway 4/22 2) Rehabilitate Runway 4/22 Lighting 3) Rehabilitate Taxiway B and Lighting 4) Extend Runway 4/22 5) Land Acquisition 6) Install Perimeter Fence Services shall include, but not limited to, the following: 1) Supervise and inspect this work. 2) Assist the City of Zanesville with administration and meet, as necessary, to recommend actions to resolve problems. It is the intent of the City of Zanesville to select a consultant to perform all services required for completion of the work included in this request beginning February 13, 2025. Submissions will be evaluated internally by a selection committee based on the following criteria: 1) Professional qualifications 15 points 2) Recent similar experience 20 points 3) Ability to meet schedules and deadlines 10 points 4) Familiarity with project area and requirements 15 points 5) Past performance on similar projects 15 points 6) Current workload and staff availability 10 points 7) Qualifications of key individuals 15 points Fees will not be a consideration in the selection and must not be included in the response. A preliminary review of the firm's or individuals submitting responses will be undertaken with the intent of reducing the list to three (3) finalist candidates. A conference with each finalist firm/individual may be scheduled individually to discuss the scope of the project and the qualifications of the firm/individual. Ultimately, the firm/individual representing our first choice will be asked to attend a contract negotiating conference. If an agreement is reached, both parties will enter into a contract. If no agreement is reached, negotiation will begin with the next highest-ranking firm/individual, etc., until a mutually agreeable contract has been established. Fees will be negotiated only for work actually funded by the FAA and a contract entered into for only this work period. This process will be repeated with the successful consultant for each FAA grant during the period. If agreement on any project is not reached, a new procurement action will be initiated. The airport authority reserves the right to delete services not required and to initiate additional procurement action for any additional services, or other services not under contract.
