Renovation of an educational facility in S Zanesville, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 96,059-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility.

This project is the second of a multi-phased effort to improve building systems across all facilities at Ohio Universitys Zanesville campus. Phase 1 of this effort was completed in the fall of 2024. The campus consists of four buildings, totaling approximately 162,100 gsf: Elson Hall (1966), Herrold Hall (1975), Littick Hall (1976) and the Elson Hall West Addition (2004). Each building houses a combination instructional spaces, including laboratories, offices and associated support spaces.
