Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in S Zanesville, Ohio. Working plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility; for site work for a fire / police facility; and medical facility.
As of September 16, 2025, an architect, engineer and construction manager has been selected and this project is in the pre-construction/negotiated status. Construction is projected to start late 2025 or early spring 2026. The construction phase is anticipated to last approximately one year. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Mid-East Career and Technology Centers Board of Education is requesting statements of qualifications pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 9.33, et seq., from firms to provide construction manager at risk services for its Fire and EMS Training Center Project. The Project may include, but is not limited to, a building to support fire safety and emergency medical services training and classes, and associated site work.
