Demolition, site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Kettering, Ohio. Completed plans call for the demolition of a power facility; for site work for a power facility; for the renovation of a power facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Construction includes demolition of the equipment, ductwork, piping, electrical gear, laboratory cabinets and countertops, etc. within the building and demolition of the building structure to at least 3 ft below grade with backfilling using building structure and on-site stockpiled material from recent construction project. Site demolition of paving, sidewalk, electrical lighting, etc. along with overhead electrical line, transformers, and poles that run from Dryden Road across site, over Interstate 75, and over Great Miami River, to transformers at Moraine Airpark. Also, a small block building at the east edge of Moraine Airpark will be demolished. At Western Regional WRF in the Opossum Creek Screening Building, demolish HVAC ductwork and fans along with concrete trough which was part of the static screening process.
