Renovations to the Coroner Office County of Butler 107 Woody Drive; Coroner's Office Butler County is receiving separate sealed bids for the following contracts: Contract #1 - General Construction Contract #2 - Plumbing Contract #3 - Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Contract #4 - Electrical The County of Butler, the Owner, will receive separate sealed bids for each Prime Construction Contract on the above Project until the date, time, and place listed below. If Bidders are bidding on more than one contract number, they must submit a separate bid for each contract number. The Project consists of Multiple Prime Construction of renovations to the Coroner's Office, 107 Woody Drive, Butler, PA. Bids shall be submitted upon forms provided by the County. Failure to attend this mandatory pre bid conference will result in the disqualification of the bidder from bidding to perform the work and their bid will not be opened. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a bidder's bond, or certified check or cashier's check, payable to the County of Butler, in the amount of not less than ten percent. The County of Butler reserves the right to waive any informality in and to accept or reject any and all bids or any part of any bid. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days. Bidders will be required to submit an executed anticollision statement with the Bid. The estimated cost of this project is greater than Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000) and the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act shall apply.
