Castle Rock Irrigation District (Owner) will be requesting Statements of Qualifications/Proposals from Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) organizations (Proposers) for the construction of the following Project, and for related pre-construction and procurement CMAR services: Diversion Structure Replacement Owner's Engineer will receive printed Statements of Qualifications/Proposals demonstrating the Proposer's qualifications and ability to provide CMAR services and construct the Project on the North Platte River near Melbeta, NE. See Requests for Qualifications for details on preparing and submitting the Statement of Qualifications. The Owner has contracted professional design services with JEO Consulting Group, Inc. to prepare plans, specifications and other documents related to the design and permitting of the improvements summarized in the Project Scope. The CMAR Contract will include the following services and Work: * Remove existing headgate and diversion structure * Create temporary coffer dam * Route flows to allow for phases replacement of headgate and diversion structures * Installation of sheet pile cutoff * Build new headgate structure with slide gates * Build new diversion structure with radial gates * Installation of sheet pile overflow weir * Installation of riprap revetment, plunge pool * Site grading, erosion control, vegetation establishment * Installation of solar power operators and controls for gates * Commissioning of gates and controls. Owner anticipates that the CMAR's Contract Price will be approximately $3.2 Million. The CMAR Contract has an expected start date May 2025 and duration for construction of approximately 365days.
