Reference Number 0000285676 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/02/07 12:00:00 AM CST Pick up recycling materials from Rennie and Seven Sisters Districts, North Whiteshell Provincial Park, from various locations and at various times. Summer pick-ups must occur Monday to Thursday for regular pick-ups. Additional pick-ups to be completed on an "as needed" basis and can occur Monday - Sunday. Pick-ups must be completed a minimum of 24 hours after being requested by Manitoba. The recyclables will be collected from various sites located at specific areas throughout the North Whiteshell Provincial Park. Manitoba will provide the location of these sites. Pick up sites are not guaranteed. Any change in locations will be advised by Manitoba Parks to the service providers. The Service Provider will ensure that the collection facilities are completely emptied and swept, and that no recyclables are left outside in the immediate area after each pick up. Any items that are not recyclables, but have been placed into the collection facility, must be placed beside the collection facility by the Service Provider, in an organized manner for Manitoba to pick up. Recyclables must be delivered to the Whitemouth-Reynolds-North Whiteshell Waste Management Facility in a non-compacted form. All recyclables picked up must be delivered to the Whitemouth-Reynolds-North Whiteshell Waste Management Facility. The Service Provider must adhere to a "Terms of Reference" provided by the Whitemouth-Reynolds-North Whiteshell Waste Management Facility. The term of the Contract is to be for a period of one (1) year, with an option in favour of Manitoba to extend the Contract on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to one (1) year.
