Renovation of a mixed-use development in Stillwater, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The project will consist of LTFM improvements to five district buildings (Including 4 schools and the transportation terminal). Renovations will include, but are not limited to, interior partitions, door replacements, caulking, restroom renovation, tile, flooring, ceilings, and MEP improvements. All bids shall be on a lump sum basis. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in bids.
