Renovation of a mixed-use development in Batavia, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
SCOPE OF WORK The proposed project includes but is not limited to demolition of existing flooring and new flooring at the corridors, cafeterias, and elementary gymnasiums at J.B. Nelson School and Alice Gustafson School. This project includes the following trade packages:02A-1 Interior Demolition and 09F-1 Flooring. INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS Prospective bidders should contact Kirstie Greatsinger at Lamp Incorporated (kgreatsinger@lampinc.net) to be placed on the bid list. A Bid Bond or Certified Check in the amount of 10% of the bid is to accompany the proposal. In addition, the successful bidder must furnish a Performance Bond, Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Certificate of Insurance within ten (10) days of the award of the contract. Payment of Prevailing Wages is required for this project. Revised rates will apply for the duration of the contract. This Project is Tax Exempt. The Board of Education of Batavia Public School District 101 reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or waive any bid irregularities. A Pre-bid Meet Ing Will Be Held at 12:30 P.m. Onnovem Ber 26, 2025, at Alice Gustafson School (905carlisle Rd. Batavia, Il 60510) and Contin U Ing at 1:15p.m. To Jb Nelson School (334 William Wood Ln.batavia, Il 60510).
