Site work, paving and new construction of a municipal facility in Artesia, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the construction of a 1,921-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; and for paving for a municipal facility.
Construction of a new office building for the City of Artesia Department of Infrastructure, located at 15 Compress Road, Artesia, NM 88210. Construction will consist of site preparation, a preengineered metal building, concrete slabs and footings, underground utilities, interior partitions, ceilings, finishes, heating/ventilating/air conditioning, plumbing, electrical work, exterior hot mixed asphalt paving, concrete curbs and gutters. Although a firm timeline has not been confirmed, construction is not expected to start prior to April 2025.
