Provide repair and maintenance agreements for Plumbing services of equipment and buildings for the City of Des Peres including but not limited to: Des Peres City Hall, 12325 Manchester Road, 63131 Des Peres Park, 12325 Manchester Road, 63131 Harwood Park, 1142 Harwood Road, 63131 Pioneer Park, 960 Tallie Drive, 63131 Public Safety Building, 1000 N. Ballas Road, 63131 Public Works Building, 942 Des Peres Road, 63131 Sugar Creek Park, 435 Des Peres Road, 63131 The Lodge Des Peres, 1050 Des Peres Road, 63131 WCC Fountain, #4 West County Center Drive, 63131 Include hourly rates as specified on the bid form. Prices shall be provided for both March 1, 2025-February 28, 2026 and March 1, 2026-February 28, 2027. Include the option to extend the contract for an additional 2 years at the end of the term. This contract shall not be construed as a contract for the lateral sewer replacement program for the City with MSD. 1. Replace any plumbing piping, fittings or valves. 2. Troubleshoot and repair irrigation and domestic backflow preventers. 3. Annual testing on irrigation and domestic water backflow preventers and registered in St. Louis County. 4. Update plumbing and fixtures to meet current codes. 5. Clean and unclog drains. 6. Repair or replace plumbing components such as domestic water piping, hot water piping and valves. 7. Prevailing wage contractor, willing to work from very limited plans. Time of Service: Service to be provided at each location year round. Hours of normal work shall be 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., weekdays. Termination: The City of Des Peres reserves the right to terminate this agreement upon 30 days of notice for any reason. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any technicalities and to select the bid deemed by the Mayor and Board of Aldermen to be in the best interest of the City.
