Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; for the construction of a 13,200-square-foot municipal facility; municipal facility; retail development; and water / sewer project.
FBRW Office/Shop Building, Contract 2023-8 The scope of WORK generally consists of the construction of an operations and maintenance facility for Fort Berthold Rural Water (FBRW). The facility includes an office/shop building 13,200 square feet (SF) in size with approximately 3,000 SF of office space, an approximately 1,400 SF wash bay, and 8,800 SF of shop and storage space. The site development for the facility includes installation of all necessary buried utilities, paving around the office/shop building, installation of fencing and gates, the installation of approximately 160,000 SF of gravel surfacing for equipment and materials storage. The Contractor shall be responsible to provide all the necessary work and materials needed to the complete the project as required by the Project Drawings, Specifications, and Contract Documents. The FBRW Office/Shop Facility site is located a few miles West of the Four Bears Village in McKenzie County. As of August 6, 2025, a general contractor has been selected and construction is underway.
