The City of Boynton Beach "City" Public Works Engineering Department is requesting sealed bids from qualified and experienced firms to provide contractor services for the Arts and Cultural Center Auditorium Improvements Construction Project located at 125 East Ocean Avenue, Boynton Beach, Florida 33435. The work under this project consists of the improvements and renovation of the Arts and Cultural Center Auditorium including the stage as well as provide and install an Audio System, Digital Video System, Stage Lighting System, Stage Curtains System, a Public Address System, Front of House Control Booth, Window Shades, Acoustical Treatments/ Improvements, new Stage Flooring and miscellaneous upgrades to existing electrical, mechanical, fire sprinkler, low voltage systems, etc. as necessary to accommodate the new work. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, manufactured articles, furnishing all transportation and services, including fuel, power, water, essential communications, etc., as necessary to complete the project, as indicated in the Special Conditions, Special Provisions, Project Design Plans, Technical Specifications and Bid No. PWE 25-021B Documents herein, along with all engineering, shop drawings, and other documentation necessary to obtain all applicable permits and all bonds, securities, licenses and insurance to complete the project as specified herein and within the Project Design Plans. All proposed improvements shall be completed in accordance with the project bid documents, design plans, details, technical specifications/scope of work and all applicable federal, state, county and local regulatory requirements.
