***Apparent low bid from previous bid opening: Passerini & Sons, Inc. - 521,465 Bid Security in the amount of 10% of the total bid shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Kline Township Municipal Authority hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to refuse and reject any or all bids submitted, and also reserves the right to waive any informality in bids received. The Project includes the following Work: Replacement of approximately 1,250 linear feet of cast iron pipe with new 4-8" ductile iron pipe, services, and hydrants along South Hancock Street within McAdoo Borough, Schuylkill County. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents via the "Messages/Vendor Discussions" feature in PennBid no later than seven (7) days prior to the date for receipt of bids.
