Renovation of a military facility in Mather, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary to perform HVAC and Roof Repair at the Mather Readiness Center, 10616 Superfortress Drive, Mather, CA 95655. Work to include, to remove and replace existing AC units and remove and replace existing SBS roofing system. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Prospective bidders MUST sign-in prior to the start of the pre-bid job walk, attend the entire pre-bid job walk and be present for roll call at the conclusion of the pre-bid job walk. Bidders who do not remain for the entire pre-bid job walk will be considered non-responsive and will not be allowed to bid on this project. The prime contractor MUST possess a type B - General Building Contractor license / C-20 Warm-Air Heating and Air-Conditioning, or subcontract to one. Question Deadline 02/05/2025 at 4:00 PM PT All questions regarding this IFB MUST be submitted to Robert Hawkins, at Robert.Hawkins@cmd.ca.gov. Email subject lines must state RFI FOR EVENT# 33890. If an addendum is necessary, it will be issued prior to the Bid Opening.
