Value Notes: $4.9 to $5.4 million Description: The Project includes the following Work: Drilling of a new well; furnishing and installing surface casing, 24-inch casing, and 12-inch liner assembly; grouting of the well where required; well development and pump testing; and furnishing and installing a well pump, discharge head, column pipe, and downhole well control valve. The Work also includes site work, installation of water main lines, electrical service, construction of a temporary building, and construction of an infiltration pond, together with all other work required to complete the Project as shown on the Drawings and described in the Technical Specifications.
