Site work for a municipal facility in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
The City reserves the right to reject any or all submissions, waive any informality and accept that submission which serves the best interest of the City. The City of Oconomowoc Department of Public Works in requesting bids for Vehicle Lift Removal and Concrete Work. All work for the following tasks shall be in conformance with the included specifications. Work performed will require: saw-cut and remove assumed 8" concrete approximately 260 sf of work area, two areas excavate to 1' below finished floor, install slurry leveling base in old, hollow lift pits, place an approximate 27' x 6' x 8" and 1 @ 8' x 8' x 8" thick concrete slab with #4 bars 12" OC EW, install 18" long epoxy coated dowel at 18" on center to tie existing slab into new slab, leave the site broom cleaned upon completion. Includes removal of above ground piping, movable cylinder on in-ground hoist, bolsters of both stationary cylinders, and oil tank Pre-Qualification: Yes
