Site work and paving for a road / highway in Vienna, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The work for which bids are asked includes the following: Pulverizing and resurfacing Oak Lane from Patton Road to the end of the road at Meek Road, approximately 6,530 ft with 4 asphalt pavement. Other work includes, install 41 feet of culverts, shouldering, ditching, excavation, restoration, and erosion control. Portions of this contract are funded in part by a Wisconsin LRIP grant. The LRIP section begins at the intersection of Meek Rd and Oak Ln and continues east 3,285 feet towards Patton Rd. The Town of Vienna will receive online bids for the Oak Lane Improvements Project. At the time and date stated above, all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud via a virtual meeting A pre-bid conference will not be held for this project. Question Deadline 01/31/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect
