Description

Remodeling of a stadium in Eugene, Oregon. Completed plans call for the remodel of a stadium.

The Work contemplated under this Contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment and services for, and incidental to, the completion of all construction work in connection with any Project described in the Contract Documents. The Contractor shall perform all Work necessary so that the Project can be legally occupied and fully used for the intended use as set forth in the Contract Documents. Remodel of office spaces to a locker room with restroom and shower area, entry and locker room with 20 lockers.
