Site work and new construction of a military facility in Comox, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the construction of a military facility; and for site work for a military facility.
To design and construct the new Simulator Facility to be located at Canadian Forces Base 19 Wing Comox, BC, following a modified design-build approach. Additional details are provided in the Request for Proposals (RFP) documents. The Rough Order Magnitude Construction Cost Estimate for this Project is $18,200,000.00 The selected Design-Builder will be required to hold a valid Facility Security Clearance at the level of SECRET, and obtain approved Document Safeguarding Capability at the level of SECRET, issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in Amendment No.1 to the tender documents.
