Substantial rebuild of the fire station's administrative wing. The project includes demolishing the current wing and constructing a new three-story facility while preserving existing truck bays and training tower, with all work to be completed in coordination with ongoing firehall operations. The new structure must meet post-disaster standards and support the operational, accessibility, and space needs of a growing fire department. TIMELINE: Request for proposal from architectural services is closed. Award is pending. Further update in late fall 2025, upon approvals.
