The Town of Comox is requesting for submission of a Proposal from a qualified consultant to provide engineering services to create a computer based sanitary sewer hydraulic model and to develop a Master Plan to guide the Town in improving the sewer system for the next 20 years. The main objective is to provide effective and sustainable sanitary sewer service to the current population, potential growth and annexation areas. The Town is seeking recommendations for best options to implement this approach, meeting all environmental and regulatory requirements. The finished project will give the Town clear direction for the future capital works needed to operate an efficient and sustainable sanitary sewer system and allow for predicted population growth in Comox.
