Site Directions: Location of the work is on Montana Avenue between Melrose Avenue and Hyde Park Avenue and on Nevada Avenue between Hyde Park Avenue and Mannheim Road. The proposed work is officially known as "Montana Avenue Water Main Improvements" and further described as installation of new water main, water services, valve in vaults, and fire hydrants, cured in place pipe lining of sanitary sewer, pavement patching, HMA surfacing, restoration of parkways, PCC and HMA driveway apron removal and replacement, and epoxy manhole lining all as further described in the contract documents for the said work prepared by Christopher B. Burke Engineering, Ltd. (CBBEL). Location of the work is on Montana Avenue between Melrose Avenue and Hyde Park Avenue and on Nevada Avenue between Hyde Park Avenue and Mannheim Road. Est. Value: $ 1,850,000.00 Est. Completion Date: Oct. 10, 2025 The recommended goal is 24% Minority-owned Business Enterprise (MBE) and 10% Women-owned Business Enterprise (WBE). The 35% Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal is optional.
