PROJECT COMPLETION The completion date for this project is 500 Days after agreement has been approved by the NYS Comptroller's Office. PROJECT MILESTONES: Anticipated Notice to Proceed: May 26, 2025. Work on the mainland property may commence at contract approval. Work on the island property shall not commence until Parks has obtained final sign off from SHPO which is expected on/or about June 16, 2025. The docks on the island are seasonal and will likely be removed in mid-September when the water levels start to drop. All plan holders/bidders may visit the site at their own discretion with the understanding that the buildings on the island will be locked for safety reasons.
