T BAILEY, INC. is bidding as a general contractor on the Magnolia Elevated Tank Rehabilitation Project for the City of Seattle. Site address: 3801 W Prosper St, Seattle, WA 98199 Scope of work includes, but not limited to: Recoating a 1.0 MG elevated water storage tank (constructed in 1946) and includes seismic retrofits, safety upgrades (ladders, landing, climb cable), water quality enhancements, and site improvements such as security fencing and gravel access roads and electrical improvements. Tank Dimensions: Bowl Diameter: 86 Feet, Bowl Height: 36 Feet, Total Height: 112 Feet We would like to receive pricing from you in accordance with the plans and specifications for: Paint Painting contractor shall have current SSPC QP-1 and QP-2 Please include your schedule duration for your work Includes full field interior and exterior of tank blasting and recoating for entire reservoir and all appurtenances Written questions must be submitted via email to ryan.brady @seattle.gov no later than 5 p.m. the Thursday before the Bid Opening Date.
