Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Seattle, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Project Description: The project includes the following work: Replace exterior doors, door hardware, storefronts and glazing with new. Add and integrate CAAMS (University Campus Control and Access System) to all replaced doors and add two existing hollow metal doors. Provide accessibility with new actuators, posts and controllers to all entrances on the east side of the building. First floor single exterior door entrances will be egress only. First floor existing hollow metal doors will receive doors contacts and request-to-exit sensors. Move lobby display cases, provide directional signage to open entrances during construction, phased work schedule and secure openings outside of work hours.
