Site work for a mixed-use development in Morgantown, West Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; fitness / recreation center; and transportation facility.
West Virginia University on behalf of its Board of Governors ("BOG") located in Morgantown, West Virginia ("WVU" or "University") is initiating this Request for Bids ("RFB") from qualified, experienced, and licensed Contractors to replace current power rail channel isolation enclosure and move the internal equipment onto a new panel in the new enclosure at the Engineering and Towers PRT stations. The Contractor shall achieve Substantial and Final Completion of the entire Work as calculated or indicated below. The date of issuance of the West Virginia University's Notice to Proceed and/or Contact shall be used to calculate Substantial and Final Completion. a. Substantial Completion shall be: July 18, 2025 b. Final Completion shall be: August 1, 2025
