Morgantown Utility Board requests qualification submittals for professional services to be utilized for the design of our Laurel Point #1 Tank Replacement project in Morgantown, West Virginia. Morgantown Utility Board will issue a formal Request for Qualifications (RFQ) document to all prospective Consultants who submit an EOI expressing their wish to be considered. The required procedure includes submission of a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ), which must be received by Morgantown Utility Board no later than 3:30 p.m. February 14, 2025. Early submission of the EOI is strongly encouraged. Based upon the review of the SOQ of each respondent, firms may be invited for interviews with the selection committee. Said interviews shall be by invitation only. The evaluation of respondents and the selection of any Consultant so chosen will be conducted on the basis of demonstrated competence and qualification for the described professional services, in accordance with West Virginia Code Chapter 5G.All federal equal opportunity and affirmative action requirements in regard to race, sex, religion, national origin, Handicap and Vietnam Veteran or Disabled Veteran status, as found in 41 CFR 60-1.4, 41 CFR 60-250.3 and 41 CFR 741.3, are herein incorporated by reference.
