Renovation of a municipal facility in Camarillo, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Prior to painting, repair damaged stucco areas (typical). Repair or replace broken or curled wood panels/slats/trim, primer-seal and caulk between slats and then prepare for paint (at ASC). Do not Paint CMU or tile surfaces (TYP). Paint ASC raised lettering. Paint all exposed previously painted surfaces including, but not limited to, plaster/stucco walls, soffits, parapets, metal beams, wood paneling/slats, wood or metal trim, all flashing including cap flashing (except at CESC), facias, gutters and downspouts, vent grills and wooden trash enclosure gates/frames (all sides) and wood trellises, non-storefront doors and door frames (inside and out), sheds, backflow piping, select parking lot light standards and all short light standards (incl. conc. bases) plus the ornamental steel fence and gates at the southwest corner of CESC The painting is anticipated to be performed between February 24, 2025 and May 30, 2025 Weekends and after hour work may be required and shall be considered in the bid.
