Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Sidney, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The project will consist of the removal and replacement of 4" and 6" concrete sidewalk and drive approaches, replacement of curb, and seeding and mulching. Any and ail questions regarding the referenced project must be submitted through Online no later than Monday, February 10,2025 at 1:00 p.m. (EST). Questions submitted outside of Online will not be answered. The Contractor shall be required to pay not less than the minimum wage rates established by the Department of Industrial Relations of the State of Ohio. No bidder may withdraw his bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The City of Sidney reserves the right to waive any irregularities, to reject any or all bids, and to award the contract to the bidder deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Sidney.
