Designer Fee Set Fee $125,000 Time Period for Completed Project 66 weeks from signing of the design contract The Norwood Housing Authority Housing Authority, through the Massachusetts Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities (Department) is seeking the services of a qualified Designer within the meaning of M.G.L. Chapter 7C, Section 44, to provide professional design and construction administration services for Window and Exterior Aluminum Window Panel Replacement at 4 buildings and the Community Building in the 667-3 development in Norwood, Massachusetts. As the Fee for Basic Services for this Contract is $100,000 or more, MBE/WBE Participation applies to the project. The minimum MBE and WBE participation goals are 6.6% MBE and 15% WBE of the overall value of The Scope of work includes, but is not limited to: 1. The removal of the existing aluminum sliding, awning & fixed windows and living room sliding windows with aluminum wall panels & AC sleeve below at all buildings in the development and the installation of new energy efficient windows, new insulated window wall panels below the new living room double-hung windows, new flashing, to provide a watertight installation and new heat pump window units to be installed in the new double-hung living windows. 2.
