As of 03/31/2025: Per Architect "Since there was no bids on the Plumbing and HVAC filed subs, GC is to include the Plumbing and HVAC scope of work in their bid, there is no allowances" The Work consists of selective interior demolition and alterations to the existing building second floor including related system upgrades to existing fire protection sprinkler, fire alarm systems, HVAC and Electrical systems. Estimated Cost $750,000 Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
