Demolition and site work for a residential development in East Moline, Illinois. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
The Quad Cities Land Bank Authority (QCLBA) is requesting proposals (RFP) for Demolition services to remove five residential properties in the City of East Moline, IL. Bids shall be on a per structure segregated basis. 1 08-35-202-005 120 15th Ave. 2 09-19-302-006 246 11th St. 3 09-30-302-006 1355 12th Ave. 4 09-30-217-018 717 23rd St. 5 09-30-204-002 334 22nd St. All questions regarding this project must emailed to mchappell@qclba.org. All answers will be posted in related documents on the Citys Bid Page under a bid related document named Contractor Questions and Answers. The QCLBA reserves the right to reject any or all responses hereto, as well as the right to waive any technicalities in otherwise responsive submissions if it should be deemed in the public interest and to invite for interviews and the firms which are, in its opinion, most advantageous to the QCLBA. Contract to be approved by the Quad Cities Land Bank Authority Board on February 29, 2025, and awarded to H. Coopman Trucking & Excavating for the base proposal amount of $126,417.
