Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Flagler Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Construction of four new submersible lift/pump stations including two (2) submersible pumps in each with associated valves, fitting, piping, manholes, and associated electrical equipment. Installation of three permanently installed standby pumps at three of the lift/pump stations. CITY PROJECT NOs: 532 (PS-4), 533 (PS-7), 534 (LS-5), 535 (LS-2), 1000709-231716.01 LastDate for Questions: WEDNESDAY MARCH 26, 2025 at 5:00 PM EST Construction Period: 360 Calendar Days from Notice to Proceed The existing pump and lift stations are located at grade which results in inflow and infiltration (I&I) issues and impacts to electrical and mechanical equipment, during severe weather events. This project willraise these pumps and lift stationsto combat future flooding and sea level rise impacts to allow continued operation during flooding events. Replacement of the manhole rings/covers and risers with the City' standard equipment will reduce I&I in these low-lying manholes.
