The School District of Greenville County (District) invites interested firms to submit QUALIFICATIONS to provide Full-Service Landscape Architectural and Associated Support Services to transform existing Fifteen (15) Stadium Game Fields from Grass to Artificial (Synthetic) Turf in accordance with the Specifications and Terms and Conditions of this solicitation. The intent is to award a Landscape Architect firm a contract at the end of February (or beginning of March) 2025. Construction is targeted to start in October/November of 2025 and be substantially complete by the Spring of 2028. Construction of the artificial turf fields will be accomplished via the Design-Bid-Build (DBB) delivery method with pre-qualification. Qualifying firms must be licensed Landscape Architecture firms with an executed State of South Carolina Article of Incorporation. Question Submission Deadline:February 6, 2025, 10:00am Questions or comments regarding this solicitation document or the process shall be submitted through the Procurement Portal Provide as-needed Grass Fields to Turf Fields - Professional Design Services within the defined geographic area of S.C.. Firms submitting qualifications for providing these services shall, at the time of submittal, and throughout the life of the contract, possess all required licenses and certifications necessary to execute the required professional design/consulting services for this contract.
