Site work for a mixed-use development in Asheville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a residential development; and water / sewer project.
Furnishing of materials, labor, and equipment for the construction of: Approximate quantities involved are as follows: GRADING & EROSION CONTROL (approx. 0.76 acres) 60" STORMWATER IMPROVEMENTS (approx. 385 LF +/-) 18" STORMWATER IMPROVEMENT; (approx. 80 LF +/-) 8" SEWER LINE; (approx. 230 LF +/-) SEWER SERVICE TAPS; (5) And all related appurtenances. SITE AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS to serve residential homes along London Rd. Contractors offering a proposal on this project must be licensed to do contracting in the State of North Carolina in accordance with North Carolina General Statutes. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders Asheville Area Habitat for Humanity reserves the right to reject any or all bids for all proposals.
