Renovation of a municipal facility in Plainfield, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Town of Plainfield invites requests for proposals from qualified vendors to provide a bid for HVAC heating/ventilation system construction services to complete the installation of heating/ventilation units for the Probate Court Office at the Plainfield Town Hall. Installation ofnew system in the Probate Court Office to include: Four (4) ceiling one-way (Model # MLZ-KY06NA-U1) One (1) five port branch box (Model # TAC-MKA52BC), to be mounted inside of the building. Four (4) MHK2 wireless remote thermostats for each unit Installation ofone (1) outdoor unit (Model # MXZ-SM36NAMHZ-U1) to be mounted on wall brackets. 3. Any required electrical work associated with the systems listed above. 4. Any cleaning or work required to restore the disturbed areas. 5. All work must be done to the satisfaction ofthe Building Official.
