Furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, and supervision necessary for the construction of proposed sidewalks as described in the plans and specifications. The time of completion shall be 90 calendar days including Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays. An Arkansas Contractors License is not required to bid the job, however at the time the contract is signed, the Contractor must be licensed. The City of Smackover,Arkansas hereby notifies all bidders that this contract is subjectto applicable labor laws, non-discrimination provisions, wage rate laws and other federal laws including the Fair Labor StandardsActs of 1938. The Work Hours Act of 1962 and Title VI of the CivilRights Act of 1964 also apply. Negotiations with contractorsduring the period following theopening of bids and before theaward of the contract are strictlyprohibited.
