Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in N Richland Hills, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

This project generally consists of: Tree protection, earthwork, utilities, vehicular paving (parking lot), pedestrian paving, coordination with installation of pre-manufactured building (restrooms and storage), landscape, turfgrass, and temporary irrigation. Questions regarding distribution of Contract Documents and design related questions for this project shall be directed to Casey Hadsall, chadsall@parkhill.com, at Parkhill. All questions concerning this project shall be submitted by 5:00 PM on Thursday, February 6, 2025. Any questions submitted after this time and date will not be addressed. Bidders must submit a cashier's check, certified check, or acceptable Bidder's bond with their Proposal as a guarantee that the Bidder will enter into a contract for the Project with Owner within 10 days of Notice of Award of the Contract. The security must be payable to the City of Richland Hills in the amount of 5 percent of the Bid submitted. Contractor must execute Contract, bonds, and certificates of insurance on the forms provided in the Contract Documents. Contractors for this Project must pay no less than the prevailing wage rates for the area established by Owner and included in the Contract Documents. Performance, Payment and Maintenance Bonds, bound to the City of Richland Hills are required, each in an amount of not less than 100 percent of the Contract price, conditioned upon the faithful performance of the contract and upon payment of all persons supplying labor or furnishingmaterials. The City of Richland Hills reserves the right to adopt the most advantageous interpretation of the Bids submitted in the case of ambiguity or lack of clearness in stating proposal prices, to reject any or all Bids, and/or waive formalities. Bids may not be withdrawn within 90 days from date on which Bids are opened.
