Reference Number 0000375334 Bid Intent Not Available Job Location: Donala System Boundary The Donala Water & Sanitation District (Donala), El Paso County, Colorado is seeking qualified contractors to provide on-call pipeline construction services. The Request for Qualifications (RFQ) describes background information, submission requirements, and selection criteria for contractor(s). Based on the evaluation of the qualifications submitted, an on-call pipeline construction services agreement will be established with the selected contractor(s). Construction services required for specific projects under the on-call pipeline construction services agreement will be developed on an as-needed basis through issuance of work orders (WO). Each request for services for specific projects will be made as an individual WO released under the on-call pipeline construction services agreement and not as a contract and/or WO amendment. The construction price for each WO will be negotiated based on the billing and labor rate structure incorporated in the on-call pipeline construction services agreement. Establishing the on-call pipeline construction services agreement allows the selected contractor to understand and accept Donala's terms and conditions and expedite the contracting process through issuance of subsequent WO. The on-call pipeline construction services agreement duration is anticipated to be three (3) years, and an extension will be at the discretion of Donala. Award under the solicitation does not guarantee that services will be awarded to a contractor through the WO process. Scope of Services: Provide field services, including but not limited to: Joint repair, inspection, and testing of finished water pipe and wastewater collection pipe joints including, but not limited to, PVC, AC, HDPE, DIP, polyethylene, and steel. Raw and finished water pipe replacement. Wastewater collection system pipe replacement. Mobilization of crew, equipment, and materials. Traffic control, as required by regulatory agencies, for completion of the work. Materials haul-off and project cleanup from work activities.
